Thank you for touring our home! We hope you liked the showing and find this to be a place you can call your new home. This house was a new build with many upgrades on a larger lot in the Park of Blackhawk. As the original owners starting in June of 2020, we found this home & area to be perfect for raising a family and entertaining friends. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. It has been a joy to watch our children play with all the other kids in the cul-de-sac and to have friendly neighbors.

 

Relax on the front or back porch and enjoy eating the variety of fruit trees/bushes. It has been fun fishing the ponds and walking the paved trails down the street. The golf course in Blackhawk is just down Kelly LN. Shopping, restaurants, and movie theater are nearby at Stonehill.

 

As Park of Blackhawk HOA members, access to the Carries Ranch Recreation Center and Blackhawk Amenity Center pools are a must to check out and perfect place to go during the hot summer to cool off or workout! Other amenities in the neighborhood include sand volleyball, playgrounds, tennis/pickle ball courts, pavilion, and kid pool.

 

The schools the subdivision is zoned for are newer and the highly rated elementary and middle schools are just down the street. Anything you can think of to do, or need is so close to this neighborhood!

 

Be at peace with added security and safety to the home with a DSC security system, Ring doorbell camera, motion floodlight camera for driveway, portable 10,000-watt natural gas generator with manual transfer switch, and a whole home surge protector.
